02/05/2011 Fortress International announces a successful closing of the initial offering of its Luxembourg Regulated Life Settlement Fund.

- May 6, 2011) Fortress International announced today that it closed the
initial subscription period for its open-ended, fully regulated and diversified
Specialised Investment Fund in Luxembourg, the Fortress International Fund - LFP PRIME SICAV SIF S.A. The offering was made to professional
and qualified institutional investors.
The net
proceeds of the offering are expected to be used to finance the expansion and
growth of the LFP PRIME SICAV SIF S.A. portfolio and expansion of investor
resources.
