• The Fortress International Fund - LFP PRIME SICAV SIF is a fully Regulated 
Specialised Investment Fund under the approval and supervision of Luxembourg’s 
CSSF, (“Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier”), and is recognised as
a Regulated Fund.

• The Fund invests in a portfolio of US Life Insurance Policies, (life settlements or traded
life policies), on the lives of insureds above the age of 65 but predominantly above
age 75.

• Life Settlements is a widely recognised alternative asset class, whose returns are
minimally correlated to traditional financial markets, offering investors an optimum
diversification tool for their investment portfolios.

• The Fund targets investment returns of between 8% and 10% with strong stability.

• The Fund offers a unique tax compliant structure which creates
a transparent tax position for investors.

• The Fund is open-ended; however, life settlements should be considered a medium
to long term investment in order to obtain the optimum investment returns.

• Investors may redeem part or all of their shares subject to the redemption terms
in the Prospectus.
